To provide a phygital, single access rural ecosystem delivering integrated services for all groups across healthcare, livelihood, agriculture and government schemes.
It addresses the gap in awareness, access and last-mile delivery of critical services in rural India.
Rural households, farmers, unemployed youth and underserved low-income populations, especially marginalised communities.
Each centre will be a standardised, impact-tech-enabled hub with trained local manpower and digital integration.
A phased rollout will start with pilot districts such as Balaghat in Madhya Pradesh and Gadchiroli, Gondia and Bhandara in Maharashtra (aspirational/LWE regions), followed by scale-up based on performance and impact.
